Lounia - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lounia mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by them.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your Google or Apple credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By subscribing to Nutrina, you gain unlimited access to all available languages and premium features.

Pricing

$15.99 USD/month or $149.99 USD/year.
Prices may vary by country and be converted to your local currency.
Subject to change without prior notice, but current billing periods remain unaffected.

Payment and Renewal

Charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation.
Automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.

Managing and Cancelling

Manage or cancel via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Or within the app: go to Profile > Settings > Cancel Subscription.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the App or disrupt others' usage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Lounia and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice or liability if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lounia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health issues, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. No Medical Liability

Lounia provides AI-generated diet suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree that:

Lounia does not guarantee any health outcomes.
Lounia is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or health conditions.
Always consult a medical professional before making dietary changes.

By using the App, you accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from your use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
